Using Bookmarks and Saved Views
Saved Views and Bookmarks make it easier to return to specific filtered states within your dashboards, helping streamline repeat analysis or resume deep work without needing to reconfigure your filters.
What Are Saved Views?
Saved Views allow users to:
Save a specific set of filters and settings on a dashboard
Return to a previously configured view without manually resetting filters
Mark a view as the default that loads when opening the dashboard
Create multiple views tailored to different use cases or workflows
Saved Views are user-specific, meaning each user can maintain their own personalized views without affecting others.
How to Create a Saved View
Configure the filters and categories on your dashboard to your desired state.
Click the bookmark icon located at the bottom right of the dashboard.
Select “Save as new view.”
Give your view a name and optionally mark it as your default view.
Click Save to finalize.
Managing Saved Views
To switch views, click the bookmark icon and choose “Manage saved views.”
You can:
View and switch between all your saved views
Edit the name of a view
Update a view by adjusting the filters and selecting “Update with current changes”
Exit your saved view by selecting “Exit view” to return to the dashboard’s standard default view
Note: You can set any saved view as your default, so it automatically applies to the dashboard whenever you load Harmonize. Just click the 3 dots in manage saved views and select “Set as default view.”
Custom Views
The Custom Views feature acts as a history of your filter and category changes on a dashboard, allowing you to revisit and restore previous work sessions.
How to Access Custom Views:
Navigate to the bookmark icon in the bottom right corner of the dashboard.
Click Manage Saved Views.
Select the Custom Views tab to see all prior filter/category changes.
Click on any saved session to reload your dashboard from that point in time.
Additional Notes
There is no limit to the number of personal views a user can save.
Saved Views make it easy to switch between different analysis contexts or perspectives quickly.
Ideal for recurring tasks, client-specific views, or multi-phase investigations.
