Can I still use my old Harmonize 2.0 credentials?

No — Harmonize 2.0 credentials will not work in Harmonize 3.0.

All clients are required to log in with the new Harmonize 3.0 authentication process (either via Single Sign-On or with a new username and password provided during onboarding). If you haven’t received your Harmonize 3.0 access instructions, please reach out to your Account Manager or Contact Us for assistance.
