Connect Claude

Connect Harmonize MCP to Claude (claude.ai and Claude Desktop).

Before you start: every user must first join their Harmonize organization. See MCP Setup Guide.

Add Harmonize MCP to Claude

Organization owner, once per organization

  1. Go to Organization settings › Connectors › Add › Custom. If asked for a type, choose Web.

  2. Enter the connector details:

    • Name: Harmonize MCP

    • Remote MCP server URL: https://mcp.optimizedpayments.com/mcp

  3. Under authentication, keep Always required.

  4. Choose Use your own OAuth client and enter:

    • OAuth client ID: Please refer to the Connection Guide in your onboarding email.

    • Client secret: leave blank

  5. Save the connector.

Important: choose Use your own OAuth client. Don't choose hosted metadata or automatic registration, and leave the client secret blank.

Connect your account

Every user

  1. Go to Customize › Connectors and find Harmonize MCP.

  2. Select Connect. Claude opens the Harmonize sign-in page.

  3. Enter your organization, then your Harmonize email address and password.

  4. In a conversation, choose + › Connectors › Harmonize MCP to turn it on.

Reconnect (returning users)

Connected before the organization sign-in update? Reconnect once.

  1. Remove the existing Harmonize MCP connector from your Claude account.

  2. Add Harmonize MCP again the same way as before.

  3. On the organization page, enter your organization name.

  4. Enter your user ID and password.
