Connect Harmonize MCP to your AI assistant in three steps. Setup takes about 10 minutes.
Before you begin
-
MCP access is enabled for your organization. Ask your Optimized Payments contact or talk to us about MCP.
-
You know who your admin is. Claude and ChatGPT need an organization owner or workspace admin to add Harmonize once before other users can connect.
-
You can sign in to the Harmonize Analytics Portal. Every user needs a portal login and their Organization ID before connecting. See Step 1 if you don't have access yet.

Step 1: Get Harmonize access (prerequisite)
Every user
-
Try signing in to the Harmonize Analytics Portal. If you can sign in and have your Organization ID, go to Step 2.
-
If you don't have access, email [email protected] to request an invite.
-
Look for an email from [email protected] with the subject "You've been invited to Harmonize by Optimized Payments." If it isn't in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
-
Open the invite and set your password.
-
Save the Organization ID from the invite. You will enter it when you connect MCP.
Step 2: Add Harmonize to your assistant
Admin, once
Your admin can complete Step 2 in parallel. It does not need a portal login.

Step 3: Connect your account and ask
Every user
Each user signs in once with their own work account, then tests with a payments question. Steps are on the page for your assistant. For sample questions and fixes, see MCP Example Questions and Troubleshooting.
