To access your Harmonize Dashboards, go to:

User Setup

Users are provisioned by Optimized Payments Account Managers during onboarding

1 user = 1 seat for Harmonize Analytics access

If you need to add or remove users, please reach out to your Account Manager
Supported Login Methods
We support two secure login methods:

Username & Password (UN/PW) – Standard login credentials issued upon setup

SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) – Can be enabled in partnership with your company’s security team
If you’d like to enable SAML, contact your Account Manager to coordinate configuration with your IT department.
