The dashboard offers two ways to export data to CSV. Which one you should use depends on what you're trying to do.
-
Export → CSV
Use this when you want to download exactly what is displayed in a chart or pivot table. This captures the aggregated, formatted data as you see it on screen. -
Export → Underlying Data → CSV
Use this when you want to see the raw, row-level data behind a chart or pivot table. This gives you access to the full detail before any grouping is applied.

Tips
Not sure which to use? Start with Export → CSV. If you need more detail than what's shown, switch to Export → Underlying Data → CSV.
Large exports — Underlying Data exports can be significantly larger in file size since they include one row per transaction rather than aggregated totals.
