Step 1 - Create user access for Optimized Payments on your EBANX account

1. Log into your EBANX Dashboard using username/password.

2. Navigate to Account Settings → Users → New User.

3. Fill in the required details using [email protected]  as the email.

4. In the permissions template assign read only roles.

5. Click Create User.

6. Optimized Payments will receive an email to activate their access. Notify your Client Success Manager to look for the activation.

Step 2 - Contact your EBANX Relationship Manager

To connect your EBANX account to Harmonize, we need to set up SFTP delivery. The simplest way to do this is to introduce your EBANX Relationship Manager to our team. We will coordinate the SFTP mailbox setup directly with them.

Send the email below to your EBANX Relationship Manager and CC your Optimized Payments Client Success Manager at [email protected].
