The Settlement Rejects Dashboard provides visibility into rejected settlement transactions across your payment portfolio — showing reject volume and dollar amounts by acquirer over time. Use it to monitor reject trends, identify which processors are driving the most rejections, and drill into the underlying data to investigate specific accounts.
Date Range for Charts and Data defaults to the last 6 months including the current month.
Acquirer Data Availability
What appears on this dashboard depends on which acquirers send Optimized Payments the underlying data. If an acquirer is not listed below, its activity will not appear here — that is a gap in source data coverage, not a true zero. Within your own account, coverage also depends on which of these acquirers you process with.
Acquirers with settlement reject data currently available:
-
Fiserv
-
Braintree
-
Chase
-
Chase_NAP
-
Shift4

Two KPI cards are displayed at the top of the dashboard, each based on the last complete month of data.
