Sales Research & Downloads

The Sales Research & Downloads dashboard allows you to analyze transaction-level sales and refund activity in detail. It’s ideal for teams needing to investigate individual records, validate processor fees, or generate custom exports for audit, finance, or reconciliation workflows.

This tool complements the aggregated Sales dashboard by giving you direct access to the raw data powering it.


🧾 What It Does

  • Provides access to row-level sales data — including original transactions and refunds

  • Supports 174+ columns of metadata and financial detail

  • Enables dynamic filtering by date, card, PSP, MOP, MID, and more

  • Offers summary metrics based on filtered results

  • Allows data export for external reporting, reconciliation, or financial modeling


🧭 Filter Panel Overview

The filter panel at the top of the dashboard enables precise, multi-dimensional filtering across a wide set of fields:

Filter to a specific payment service provider or processor

ARN

Search by Acquirer Reference Number (exact match)

Authorization Code

Search by specific authorization code (exact match)

BIN (First 6)

Enter first six digits of card number (BIN) to analyze issuer trends

Card Issuer Group

Focus on issuer-side groupings or BIN ranges

Card Number

Filter by card number pattern (masked, ends with)

Merchant Account

Look up transactions by merchant account

MID

Filter by specific Merchant ID

MID Name (Division)

Select by merchant division name

MID Rollup 2 (Harmonize Group)

View grouped MIDs under a harmonized rollup

MOP Name

Filter by method of payment

PSP Acquirer Txn ID

Search by processor/acquirer transaction ID

Settlement Amount

Filter by minimum and maximum settlement value

Transaction Date

Set date range for transactions (default: last 6 months)

Transaction Subcategory

Choose by type of transaction event

📌 Filters work together and apply across all data views and summary calculations.


📂 Example Use Cases

Goal

Filter Strategy

Investigate refund trends for top MIDs

Filter by Transaction Subcategory = Refund, then group by MID

Download all sales over $1,000 for a specific PSP

Use amount filter (if enabled), select PSP, and set date range

Audit processor fees for a specific card BIN

Filter Card Number Start, select PSP, and download records


⬇️ Downloading the Data

To download filtered results:

  1. Apply filters to narrow your dataset

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the table

  3. Click the export icon in the data grid corner

  4. Choose CSV or Excel

⚠️ Downloads may be capped based on row count limits — contact your Account Manager for bulk access.


🧠 Best Practices

  • Use Transaction Subcategory to isolate Refunds vs. Sales

  • Use BIN filters to isolate specific issuer behavior

  • Validate Net Sales and Fees by PSP for monthly reconciliation

  • Export filtered views for backup to fee analysis or partner reporting
